Our pricing is straightforward. We charge $50 per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours.
That means a standard clean starts from $150 + GST.
Final cost may vary based on the size of the space and any special requests.
We truly value your trust and aim to meet your expectations every time. Since our cleaners work on a set schedule and rely on these jobs for their livelihood, late cancellations often mean they miss out on work they can’t easily replace.

We kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee, unless it's due to an emergency. Thank you for understanding and respecting our team’s time.
For regular cleans, we bring all the products and equipment needed. If you have a special request — for example, cleaning a leather couch — we’re happy to do it, as long as you provide the specific products
Yes, absolutely. Every cleaner working with us is fully insured, so you can have complete peace of mind when we’re in your home.
Definitely. All of our cleaners are required to provide a clear and up-to-date police check before joining our team and need so refresh ever month. Your safety and trust are a top priority.
Yes, of course. If for any reason you'd prefer a different cleaner, just let us know — we’ll arrange a smooth transition with no stress.
Not at all. Many of our clients choose to go out while we clean. Some leave keys in a secure lockbox, others simply greet us and then head off to run errands. - but we don’t keep clients keys.
